Birds of Prey Flight Techniques

Prepare for an impressive flight demonstration of birds of prey from America, Europe, and Africa! You’ll get to observe the remarkable flight techniques of these spectacular birds up close.

In this educational demonstration, you’ll learn about the main hunting strategies of birds of prey as they perform dives from a height of over 90 meters. This makes the activity a true lesson in the natural behavior of raptors, seen up close.

Griffon vultures, palm vultures, black kites, peregrine falcons, bald eagles… a selection of the 32 raptor species living in Cabárceno will make this demonstration an unforgettable memory. If you love wildlife, you simply can’t miss it!

At 12:00 PM, 3:30 PM, and 5:30 PM on the following dates:

Easter Week (April 12th to 21st)
July 1st to August 31st
Last weekend of April
May long weekend
Weekends in May, June, and September

At 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM on the following dates:

Monday to Friday between June 23rd and 30th
Monday to Friday during the month of September
Weekends from October to April*
National holidays from November to Easter (not included)
December long weekend (December 6th to 8th) and May 16th

The organization reserves the right to modify schedules due to weather conditions and/or to ensure a better experience for our visitors.

* From October to June 22nd, Monday to Friday, birds of prey training flights are held at 12:00 PM.
